We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Once we’ve reviewed and confirmed the fault or damage, we’ll provide return instructions.
After the item is returned and inspected (where required), a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note:
Items must be returned in the condition received unless damaged in transit
We may request photographic evidence before approving a return
Refunds are processed within a few business days after approval
